Yesterday I took the Airtel Broadband Connection. One technician came to the Home and fixed the Router. But till now we didn’t get the internet connection. I have called the TL And Technician but no one responded properly. He said to wait for 3 to 4 days. If it is taking 3 to 4 days, why are you guys promising me to install within 24 hours. We are working on computer software. Without the proper internet we can’t work.
