I’m using Airtel since 4 years, i have chosen it for quality calls. The call quality was good at that time, now it’s become really worst. The caller are getting “Not Reachable” message almost every time, after continues try it will get connect.
The INTERNET 4G, it’s not 4G really. If i want to use my phone data, i need to travel 2 kms to get normal speed otherwise we can’t see anything other than loading. Compliant registered several times, customer service says Maintenance work is in progress in my area. Last 2 years i’m hearing this answer.
Almost forgot, if we want to connect customer service we need to spend at least 1 hour of time and nowadays that’s not even possible.
