Hi. I am Ankur kumar. Using Airtel postpaid. Mobile number. And airtel landline number and airtel internet (Wifi) (0129 401 3120) i am writting this email becuse i am facing too many problem with. Airtel network specifically. For above mentioned land line number. That’s y. I mark cc to jio centre also. As they get to know that very soon they will be at Top. In terms of services.
I used airtel for more than 2 years now
My plan was of 899 and 300 rs discount.
My problem is. I have called your customer executive that i want to disconnect my number as i get shifted to Chandigarh. ( Previously i was in Faridabad ). But your customer executive told me that your number is on hold or you will not get any bill unless my number get activated. Again in Chandigarh
But. Your customer care executive provided me wrong information always they told me that there senior team will call m within 4 hour. Sometimes. Within 1 hour. And to make our fool they made call for 5 second afterwards. When i tried to call them back i have got. Notification for switch off
Technician called me regarding my connection and giving me attitude that he will come by 72 hours. I am not fool. Every conpany is providing. Immidate service but airtel is asking for 7 days. Pathetic service. U just simpe listen. All recordi gs from july onwards. Now i just want to disconnect my num. Or i will never ever use airtel agai. Coz u people are too unprofessional and can’t meet customer expectations. Which. Jio can. Jio is taking lead in all terms.
Now I don’t want to continue with airtel at all thats y i marked cc to ceo and all other higher authorities. Because your customer executive. Is denied to disconnect my num. When i have raised my req on 7th july to disconnect my number they told me that they will not charge me anything. Unless and untill i get my. Connection shift. But so sad because i have received a bill from Airtel. When my num is not in use. I haven’t use internet then why should i pay for it ..
Worst service provider airtel. Kindly disconnect my number. Now. Or stop my billing cycle. From foday only. Because you peope just giving me silly excuses and telling me about. Worst procedure. I am raising req for disconnection now. I have contacted. Jio service provider they are going to activate my plan. By single day only.
Must check all my recording. With your customer executive. Coz i am goona raise complaint in consumer court that how you people make my fool.
