I had emailed airtel to disconnect my internet on 29th Nov 2022. They didn’t reply to me on it.
After a week i got call from Airtel executive and i informed the same about email plus requested him to cancel my plan to no avail.
The i had to put Airtel into safe custody as they were still charing me. Finally had to put another email for disconnection.
Now they want me to pay for Nov Dec & Jan. I inform them i am ready to pay charges for usage until November but they wont listen.
They keep harassing me with calls now.
