I have activated international roaming for my airtel number. Now i am in Germany and since two days there is no network service in my phone. I am deaf and blind at the moment outside india. I have called to airtel customer care multiple times and after two days they said that the sim is faulty and has to be replaced in india. The network was working fine until two days back and suddenly the sim becomes faulty? How is that even possible? And they do not have any service provider outlets outside india then they should not be claiming to provide international roaming services to people.
I am not sure what to do now. I have paid 4000 rupees for the international roaming services and this is the kind of response and service i get from airtel.
