dear sir or madam,
I am holding my 7702001827 number from 2011. Recently I moved out of India but wanted to continue Sim for receiving sms. Instead of guiding properly airtel asked me to activate international roaming pack. I did for 10 days but somehow the expensive pack got activated.
Airtel customer care informed me that IRV should be activated I don’t have to pay the big bill of 4142 but 3000. In next few days I reCeived the bill of 7725 .
Customer care said please pay this large amount then only we can cancel the Sim.
It was there fault that they didn’t explain properly and after placing several complaints they are forcing me to pay the large bill.
I request you to cancel my bill amount and resolve the case.
