Text of Complaint by Lipika Tandon:

Dear Sir ,

Being an Airtel Dissatisfied customer with no other options left , I am writing to you and requesting you to please spare some of your valuable time to read my mail below and the attachments for details hoping to get a solution from your end .

1) APP Complain ID :118303190 on 7th Jun 2020 , a call came from customer care solution provided over phone 08 Jun 2020 — We will look into the matter and will wave off Rs1000 One time Charges and will send revised bill and you would be update on the call or via mail but all in vain .The call got closed automatically in the APP .

2) I raised 2 ND request ID : 118496672 on 12 th Jun ‘2020 same customer care representative Mr Sourav Jatav , where solution provided to draft a mail to the id 121@in.airtel.com, It shows still open in app since last 10 Days .
There is no response from customer care on the complain id , even complain ID are closed without solution, and the other one is still open for more than 10 Days now . Feel like Airtel customer care are not in a situation to handle complain and solve issue .
On 07.05.2020 , I had enquired Mr Anirban (Airtel Sales Person ) 9748430799 for new broadband connection , he advised to go ahead with the plan of Rs 2828/- which will provide free installation and 150 Gb data plan per month for 3 months . I agreed to him and was ok with the terms and condition and asked him to go ahead. The very next day 08.05.2020 another person Mr Nayan 9903394943 came to collect the money Rs 2122/- (online Payment ) , Inspite of asking him repeatedly why the amount is less , he verbally confirmed that the differential amount of Rs 706/- will come after 3 months in the bill and this happens sometimes with other customer also. He too had spoken to one of his senior in front of me . As well I had spoken to Arindam same time , He confirmed me the plan of Rs 2822 /- remains the same as what he had discussed earlier and there is nothing to worry . On trusting him and on the basis his commitment , I payed Rs 2122/- The next day 9.05.2020 the set was installed and we started using the service from 9th May 2020.
Now on 7th June ,2020, We received an email of bill ( attached herewith ) PWD : 7039236125
which clearly states that
1)The billing period :05-May-2020 to 04-Jun-2020 : I Fail to understand how does it start from 05-May -2020. Please Clarify.
2)One time Charges : 1000:00 Rs ( Fail to understand again what is this charged for,
When I was already committed that I would receive the bill after 3 months . Need a clarification that is this the fair way to cheat people

I feel Airtel sales person are making false commitment to the customer and is quite sure they are capable of fooling everybody by giving false commitments , still hoping to get a solution from your end .
