Text of Complaint by Sambhram:

I have booked airtel xtreme broadband connection on Nov. 3rd 2020. Airtel had confirmed the payment receipt via SMS along with the installation confirmation within 72 hours.

 

I’ve been trying t reach airtel through various means but in vain. I have all the proofs including the recording from the customer care executives call recording during the application process also apart from call recordings i have SMS confirmations but noway to track the progress. its been over 240 hours since their commitment an last update.

Airtel kindly refund or install the broadband .
