Dear Sir, I’m facing problem while using internet since last 3 months. From the 1st while facing problem I thought it’s some kind of network issue, what will erase in few days. But thereafter the problem lasted continuously 7-10 days, during which time suddenly internet connection lost away, & suddenly it comes, what is making great trouble in case of online meeting. So I called Airtel customer care & lodged complaint. In reply at 1st executives said the problem will resolve in next 24-72 hours, but later as the problem didn’t solve so I created pressure on customer executive. Then they informed me that the problem will resolve in between 10th January. But that didn’t happen. Later I tolerated that & tried to continue with my best adjustment. But recently during last 2-3 days such problems are happening 20-30 times in a day. Even if I can’t attend a single meeting during this time. I am continuously try to call Airtel customer executives & asking them to resolve the problem as soon as possible. But again they are informing me to wait & taking time. I have mentioned some complaint numbers below.

Now those customer executives are saying that we have to face same problem till the end of February, & from March there will be no problem. Now what should I do? Should I switch my number to Jio to get a proper connection & to continue my online works properly? Or should I buy another smartphone & a new jio number to achieve good internet service. When I tried to make your customer executives understand about my problem in clear, they just cut my call, & now I can’t talk to any customer care by calling them. So I posted this complaint here. Kindly inform me soon what should I do now.
