I have as of noveNove 2018, 189 rupees in my account. I have working mobile set. While I can make calls with other network Sim( JIo) I am unable to make call with Airtel Network. I have full network strength . But not able to make calls.

I tried reaching out to customer care Airtel but no response. They are asking mr to  do recharge . I am tired of their circumlocution .

Please help me.
