Airtel India has abruptly reduced my data balance validity from 17th March 2020 to 11th November 2019. Now on my complaint first they have accepted Airtel mistake and also raised service request for rectification. But their useless team to hide its mistakes not doing rectification by giving bogus and fabricated reasons.
