Text of Complaint by nisarga:

i was having previous network remaining balance but i paid it before the deadline date, still my airtel services(incoming  and internet) are stoped even after i spoke with them, Now they are not responding i understand today’s situation but it would be better if they also did.

am working from home because of COVID-19 pandemic, But this in-appropriate type of behaviour / work from airtel making to get a lose(not able to connect internet and calls)

i finally want to ask a question to airtel –  Do you really care about your customers? or U care about other networks?

very bad experience from this huge network – No security, No trust. No ethics , No support .
