- I’ve relocated to new area in Kondapur, Hyderabad in Jan 2021. 3 streets in this area didn’t have indoor network coverage. On multiple complaints to nearby Airtel store manager and multiple times to airtel’s social media team, a network engineer has been appointed but he hasn’t visited to check signal strength which was his job. I’ve complained this to Appellate team, Department of Telecommunications & Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. No action has been taken against network engineer’s unresponsive behaviour. And lately Airtel Social media team hasn’t even replying and calling me (on multiple requests) at odd hours of night ( 12 & 1:30 & 2:30 ). My doctor has confirmed that I’m facing anxiety issues because of them. I don’t expect them to fix network issues ( cause Airtel is losing customer base). But I deserve a formal apology from their team for ignoring my numerous requests. I have screenshots & call recordings of their representatives. Airtel Presence team would call at midnight & odd hours.
