We purchased Airtel Hotspot for home internet purpose in April 2018. We paid for 6 months plan in advance

. The worst service provider ever, they told to have speed of 100 Mbps as per plan, when I checked it was only 0.5 Mbps on Ookla. I complained on customer care 4-6 times, every time they told that your complaint is lodged, not a single time performance improved to 1 Mbps. I stopped using hospot once got tired, as Google.com page loading took 4-5 mins. Our usage limit for speed was 100GB per month, We rarely used 10 GB per month.
Apart from this Hotspot device was also defective, it will not work without keeping it in charging, and it consumed power a lot, and device was getting heat all the time. I complained for this as well. They told to send a person to check hardware, nobody came. Battery was worst I think.
I need refund of my money. As we have stopped using it before plan and whatever speed they offered was not adequate at all.
