I have purchased an Airtel Hotspot device on Jun 04, 2020. It is not working properly and its battery is draining too fast lasting lesser than an hour but in the specification, they have given a battery back up of up to 6hrs. And also the network connectivity is too bad. When I approached the nearby airtel store asked for product replacement since the product is under a warranty, they are not giving a proper response. Airtel customer care is too bad, they are looting public money. Airtel should be legally penalised for their worst behaviour and customer service.
