I have purchased a airtel hotspot device, but it is not connecting to internet. When checked with customer care I got to know that there is authentication issues and therefore I visited the nearest airtel store in hubli, but the airtel representative told me that he has sent an email to concerned person and it will get activated within 24 hrs, but it is almost 48 hrs now and I am still facing the same issue, when I tried calling airtel office, my call is not being answered. Please help me to get this issue fixed Asap.
