I buy Airtel 4G Hotspot on 23.03.2019 from Ambattur Branch cost of the Instrument Rs. 999/- and the Post paid plan for Rs. 599/- per month. The 4G Hotspot was not working since I was purchased and Internet WIFI connection frequently disconnected for the last one week I was used only 100 MB instead of the Plan for 100GB per Month!!!.
Today (30.03.2019) I went to Airtel showroom at Ambattur Branch which I was purchased the Hot Spot. The counter staff and customer representative also checked my Hot spot and found this was not working at Airtel showroom also. I want return the Hot spot to the Ambattur Branch and barred my Hot spot service from today (30.03.2019) onwards.
But the Counter staff of Airtel refuse to Barred my connection and return the Hotspot money also and they take the Customer complaint without my consent and informed me this will resolve next 48 hours!!!.
But I don’t want this Hot spot and return to Airtel Showroom and get back my money with deduction of one week usage 100MB which was not used this Hot spot. But the Ambattur Branch was not accepting my request and leave me to rise complaint like this.
I raised my complaint now kindly resolve this and refund my money and barred the service from Today (30.03.2019) onwards as per my request.
