My airtel hostpot which I got in the month if June around 26th it was post paid Sim along with Hotspot and at store they already charged me to pay the pack bill advamcely as it was first bill. There on I should be paying 399 but wherein my 26 Jun – 26 Jul should be 0 as I already paid in advance at the store and from 26 Jul to 26 Aug should 399 but I see due amount is showing 1800+ which is not clear why. Also I made a payment of 600 twice on 13th Jul for which I have not received any refund which means transaction was successful then why that amount is not updated in my bill. I have been trying to reach out customer care through 121 but in vain, my thanks app is also not working to raise complain when I m sending emails chasers everyday I get standard response. It pathetic experience, I wish this to get this resolved at the earliest
