Text of Complaint by Madhu k:

I have an Airtel number 8408051414,

I got a call and they suggested me to take Airtel home account as it will generate single bill for broadband and postpaid, so I have taken that.

Now my post paid bill is negative and broadband bill is due, now these people are calling me asking me to clear broadband bill instead of home I’ll. They have also stopped my outgoing now and I am struggling alot with the service given by them.

When I call the customer care postpaid people are asking me to check with broadband team, broadband team is asking me to contact postpaid team.

No one is supporting Airtel home, and they don’t know the contact of that team.

  1. Please take necessary action for the service given by them.
