It’s been weeks I’ve been trying to get the promotion calls stopped. My Airtel number is on complete DND since a long time. But I’ve been getting at least 5-10 marketing/promotion calls every day: ranging from banks, insurance to NGO’s and what not.
For example, I received calls from the following numbers on a day at the below mentioned times (I’m also sending you the screenshots taken from my mobile):

I spoke to Airtel for complaining about such calls in the past. But every time I spoke to them, they say that there’s absolutely nothing that they can do. They suggested that the only option that I have is to keep on blocking the numbers. I told them that I keep on getting calls from different numbers and blocking hundreds and hundreds of numbers like that is not a solution. It’s an utter waste of my time and energy. But Airtel insists that they can’t do anything about it.
This clearly amounts to harassment, especially when I’ve chosen not to be contacted for any kind of promotions/advertisement. So I request you to intervene and provide a solution to this hassle.
