As per government guidelines i have re-verified my aadhar and done all necessary things i have visited more than 5 airtel stores and no one cared i have atleast called 10 times a day to customer care and no one helped all were telling me unreliable excuses. My outing going services and internet services were all stoped even after doing everything what they have suggested. They have provided me the worst customer service. I have literally went to two cities for this problem and nothing was resolved. I am very deeply regretting choosing this network .
