With reference to above ,I am sorry to inform you that, I have repeatedly request to your customer care and local service engineer to resolved the issue but my complain is not attended till date.Further I like to inform that ,in last one year my HD recorder setup box has been replaced thrice, but the problem ,I am facing viewing the TV is not resolved. In good weather condition the message is displaying of bad weather .Treating the matter urgent kindly attend the complain immediately. Service of company is very bad and not satisfactory.
