I have been facing this problem since 2018 and you tell that airtel have best video experience? Nice joke. I complained to the customer care but they didn’t respond my complaint. Network is very low. I irritates highly. No network covers properly. You can’t you solve my problem.? I complained against this problem many times but no response till now. You think that we are valueless. When i called airtel customer cares, they said that they will resolve my problem within 120 days and their network team working on this. What is happening.? Am i joke to you? Do you have any responsibility? Please tell me. Is it enough for you.? If you see my previous complaints, there would be more than 10 complaint.
