Hi,
This is shamili. And my number is 9952918064. I had a balance of Rs. 75 in my account. I had to recharge my number on 25th September. But I didnt do it. And also i was getting a constant message from airtel stating 49rs will be deducted from my balance for the recharge. Hence I haven’t done my recharge and left as it is as they can deduct for the recharge for the upcoming month. And after 25th my number got recharged automatically. But instead of taking the 49rs for the recharge amount aloan they have took out all the balance from my number. And I noticed this today only while making the call, I didnt use this number for making any call and my balance stayed in my account. But they took out all the money in the name of recharge. I dont find this as a appropriate one. For doing 49rs recharge how could u take the full balance of 75 from my account. I dont think there is a recharge for the amount of 75. And also in ur custom message u stated they you will be taking out 49 as a recharge amount from my account. But how the hell u could use all of my money. This is the hell why i am not using the airtel number at all and not having balance in the airtel. U r literally stolen money from the customers accounts in name of recharge and all. Utter waste to use your service provider.
