Airtel has stopped my sim number from working. I have used the sim number for 1 month and when I ask to them why my sms, (no calls),internet service is not working , they are saying that this sim number doesn’t belong to airtel operator.
When I call to customer service for help for 4 ,5 times some are saying your sim may have short circuit but why the hell my no. Is not showing . I have entered in your system and deleted it.
They are saying to visit the nearest airtel store but how I can visit ,right now I am on the ship and it’s very urgent for me to send the money to my family.
They are now frauding with the customers and showing adds of zero complains.
How it can be possible with this type of behavior with the customers.
