This is second time Airtel has stopped my services and when called to customer service several times they say same thing always that it will be resolved in half an hour but it never happens and eventually after few days and a millian of followups they will ask to change the sim card. Changing SIM card is never an easy task as every time you need to provide photographs documents and pay for it. I am fed up with it, and on top of that the behavior of customer service people are very rude they talk like they are doing some kind of favour and getting angry with the complaints.
