Airtel has rejected my Airtel Secure Mobile Insurance Claim even though i have claimed as per the policy

Text of Complaint by Rohith RB:

With reference to the above Subject and  complaint number. I have been given an explanation by the Airtel Team that i have uploaded the documents later than 48 hrs and hence they cannot process my Airtel Secure Claim. However, i would like to bring to your notice that on the 10-Feb-2020 my mobile screen cracked when i was involved in a 2 wheeler accident.
Immediately on the 11-Feb-2020 i started to do the claims through My airtel App and also on the Airtel Website. I was not able to upload the documents on both the App and website due to Airtel Website issues. I immediately called 121 and intimated them about the same and told them to provide me a solution as to upload all my documents and approve for claim.
Inspite of repeated calls, i was not given a  solution and i dint receive calls till 12-Feb-2020, when again the executive whom i spoke told me to upload the documents again. I did the same several times and again i wasn’t able to upload any documents  on the App or Airtel Website. That is when i wrote to the Nodal Officer on the 13-Feb-2020. After which i received a call on 14-Feb-2020 and they sent me a link and asked me to upload the documents. I was able to upload the  documents when they sent me the link on 14-Feb-2020.
Now i get a call back from the Airtel Team saying i have delayed in the uploading of documents within the stipulated 48 hrs and hence my claim is rejected. Even 2days back i had called airtel that is on 17-Feb-2020 and registered the same complaint. They assured me call back within 24 hours and its been 2 days now i haven’t got a call back nor a solution for my problem.
Kindly advice me how can Airtel be so irresponsible in ensuring i was constantly delayed in providing me a solution and after which they blame me for the delay.
Request you to kindly check the Airtel data for the proof of how many times i have called airtel and i have mailed immediately before the stipulated 48 hrs.
