We have Corporate Account with Airtel. We have paid the bill amount in month of July 2022 but after three months also Airtel has not updated our payment in their system. Due to this our payment is showing outstanding every month and some of our employees who left us are not able to transfer the number on their individual name.
In every follow-up Airtel is asking some more time to update the payment but after three months also they are not able to update the payment.
I had given bank proof of payment but still it does not get sort out.
