I bought a security solution from Airtel, under AirtelXSafe on 17th April 2023, to the amount of Rs 5498.
Unfortunately, the area where it was to be set up was declared non feasible by their ground team.
I called to get my order cancelled and asked for a refund on 19th April.
Since then, I have been chasing AIRTEL to get a refund. It has been multiple calls to them but I have not received the money I paid until today, 5th July 2023.
On my last call I was able to pull multiple case IDs associated with this request.
