I am using airtel postpaid from last 2-3 years, since lock down i am at my native where there is issue with airtel network, I gave complaint to airtel about it but no issue was solved. As per airtel if my data is not used it get roll over. So from last 8 months I was not able to use single mb of data. So accordingly my data was around 70-80 gb. Since I was not able to use airtel service I had put port out request. I got a call from airtel they downgraded my plan during that time I has asked about my data they said it will not go it will remain as it is. But when I saw it today all my past data has been lost and network issue also is not yet resolved. I am paying 270 rs every month bill without any delay. Is this what I should get from airtel.
