Text of Complaint by GS Tripathy:

On the same day in Feb2022, I made 2 payments of the same amount for a recharge. Once through net banking but recharge was not done. Money was taken by Airtel. Second I paid by card and recharge was done. But they have no decency of refunding my first payment. I have complained to their customer care team through Twitter. Also by mail to 121. All I get is processes. Twitter team initially showed willingness to help, now they do not respond even.
