Airtel has disconnect my service without customers permission

Dear Airtel Team,

My name is George. I have been holding an Airtel prepaid Sim for the past 13 years, am still an active member. All my bank account and other government related files are linked with the above number.
From last Friday on wards no Network. I am not able to check my balance even with the Airtel APP. Last two days I tried to contact Airtel customer care, their response was that this number does not exist in both prepaid and postpaid.
Later on customer care said the 9895 number series has been discontinued by airtel.
Based on request I can attach a snap short for the recharge which i have done may 2021.
Since its has been one month no action from airtel, such a bad customer care service.
My sim card was working perfectly and my last recharge was done in May 2021 (3 months offer with validity). Could you please let me know why Airtel disconnects my services..?
if the sim is working perfectly without asking customer your not authorize to disconnect the service.
Regarding the mail communication which we have done for the sim deactivation for the no 9895560161.
There was no response from the airtel side, still i didn’t get my number reactivated, i waited for a while.
As per above mail i visit airtel outlet at address mentioned below,
16/960A, Nr.kannamally Bus stop,Thoppumpady P.O kochi
Near Kannamally bus stop, Thoppumpady, Kerala 682005, India
Response from your end, they are not able to activate the sim for the above number.
I don’t know how you manage other airtel customers, this is the way you are treating your customer.
i request you to resolve this issue ASAP.
if any clarification you can contact above mention airtel outlet.
please don’t give such promise to customer.
i really ashamed about this complaint.
Request you to solve this issue as soon as possible.
