Text of Complaint by Waheeda Salim:

My mobile number was Airtel postpaid which was ported into Jio prepaid sometime ago. Then we got a message that an outstanding bill of Rs 136 was due to be paid to Airtel. We paid and I talked to a Jio executive and gave him the receipt number also.. The next day my number got cut off. This is really unfair and should be corrected!!!
