Text of Complaint by Archana Bhardwaj:

I am a full time regular customer of airtel using airtel sim. Today I saw a message to recharge to get one month validity of my phone . It never happened earlier. Airtel sims always have lifetime validity. What is this. Nobody is going to recharge every month for making their outgoing operational. Please take some strong action on this. It is really not good for customers.
