They have disabled my mobile number for the past two weeks even after i followed all the rules about maintaining balance and recharging the sim properly. They then charge money from me every now and then from my bank account. I am currently residing outside India and this lack of network availability has caused a lot of financial loss to me including the existence of my job itself. I want strict action to be taken against them because i have approached them many times via email to get this sorted , but they decided to be ignorant.
