It is really unfortunate to see a company like Airtel involved in scamming its loyal customers. I have been an Airtel customer for more than 20 years now. But I am forced to report this data stealing practice by Airtel on regular basis.
I hope some government authority can take a strict action against companies like Airtel and discourage other companies who are planning to steal from their customers in the future.
