Text of Complaint by Satyveer Gupta:

I requested to port my phone number for Airtel to Jio on Aug 19th 2020.  My request was honored successfully and was able to use the service from the new operator.

Now after a month I was asked by Airtel to pay for the remaining balance on the account in order to avoid the disconnection of my phone numbers, which I even did on September 19th with following transaction id’s 200919287486 – INR 69.0; 200919287293 – INR 57.0; 200919287557 – INR 57.0 and was informed that the payment will get posted within 48 hours and now on Sep 24th the payment is still showing outstanding on the account because of which my all 3 connection has disconnected.

 

I tried to reach the Airtel store in Adhchini, New Delhi and on customer service number today and they still asking me to wait for another 48 hours and refused to support me further. I’m in need of the phone number on urgent basis, please get this issue resolved on priority.
