my mobile no which is critical for me has no out/ incoming calls since 3/2. My complaint ref 89532591 dt 4/2 and regular mails to customer care and appellate authority has no action except standard copy paste reply from 4 different names each time ( reflects no single ownership) to look into same.
I continue to loose important calls and also my personal credibility due to ” false messages ringing on my phonr as number is busy” I am a regular timely post paid subscriber and pay on time . I pray to you to take up with concern.
