Hi Sir,

I am an existing customer of Airtel broadband :08048654977.
I deactivated for a few months when I wanted to activate ,
Mr Praveen from Airtel phone :07428392110 ,told me your connection is Cancelled.
And you need to have new connection i denied and after few min i started getting multiple calls from Airtel for new connection ,
so finally I agreed and thought of going for new connection and my new connection order Id:89655871,the person who reached me was using phone number:08553238827.
now after I made the payment no one picks my call or message. I tried 121,they are just harassing me saying today by evening it will be done.
It’s now been going to be 7 days no one is helping even though they were not raising a complaint.
on 15th I forced airtel guys to raise a complaint and the complaint id is 132433456. Finally I requested Mr Anshu from Airtel customer care to cancel the connection and return my money.
as I am frustrated with the process.
Please help me .
