Hi Team,
I am existing customer of Airtel broadband :08048654977. I deactivated for few months when I wanted to activate ,Mr Praveen from Airtel phone :07428392110 ,told me your connection is Cancelled. And you need to have new connection i denied and after few min i started getting multiple calls from Airtel for new connection with order Id:89655871, so finally I agreed and thought of going for new connection the person who reached me was having number:08553238827.now after I made the payment no one picks my call or message. I tried 121,they are just harassing me saying today by evening it will be done. Its now been going to be 6 days no one is helping even they was not raising complain ,today i forced to raise a complain and he complain id is 132433456. Finally I requested Mr Anshu from Airtel customer care to cancel in connection and return my money.
Please help me .
