Text of Complaint by Sheetal Sharma:

Good Afternoon,

I am a customer of Airtel broadband and my acc number is – 20001089708.

I moved houses in may and not using my wifi since 1st May, I contacted airtel on 7th May and requested re-allocation. That’s when this nightmare started.

I started getting multiple calls telling me that there is no availability in the area and then got few other calls saying that they will check and get back.

I then started getting calls for Bill payment but nobody talked or even mentioned about re-allocation. I advised them that my bill is paid but I won’t pay because I am not using wifi and i have already raised this.

It’s been 5 months now, I had received hundreds of calls for bill payment but again no calls for re-allocation update.

When I called their customer care they advised me of different information as follows –

1) No availability.
2) Pay the bill first and then reallocation will be completed.
3) Reallocation requests have been cancelled and makerd as failed (for no apparent reason and i did not cancel)
4) Account blocked for non payment.
5) Forcing me to pay the bill first, reactivate my acc and then reallocation will be done.

Different information on each and every call, upon explaining each and every agent who called me, the only thing i got was “we will escalate this and get back” or “will arrange Manger callback” but their manager never calls back.

This has caused me so much of srtess and i have been dealing with this since May but I can’t take this anymore.

They keep calling and calling for bill payment. I have even raised a disconnection request (4 times) but they still won’t take the router away and keep calling me asking me to either pay the bill (for the services i haven’t been using since 1st May) or send emails or call 121 which i have multiple times.

Please take action against them because it has caused me a lot of stress.
