I subscribed to airtel internet in the month of February and as a part of the offer i was entitled to a handset along with internet.However the company failed to deliver the handset till date. Upon following up with the sales person and the concerned team leads, I haven’t received any form of communication on the expected delivery date. There seems to be lack of communication within the organisation. Request you kindly resolve this with the attached proof of bill.
