Dear sir

I have activate airtel secure service from last 2 years. But last few days ago my phone was braked so go on airtel secure then airtel said your claim is rejected. I trust airtel network from last 5 years. But just reply from airtel i feel very unsatisfy. Pls check and do the needful. I show an attachment what airtel tell and what airtel do.
