Sir/ Madam
I went to Airtel Gallery opposite Dockyard railway station on 14 th August 2020 to know about DTH services, since I needed it for our Moharram online discourses. The sales executive a lady by the name Rihanna insisted I should take a plan which has postpaid free for 2 numbers along with DTH. I told her I don’t need postpaid, I am a single 50+ lady residing with old parents. She had activated postpaid on my number, then I went home and spoke to my son and he asked me to get it deactivate immediately. That same day within an hour I called and asked her to do so. She said not possible today will do on Monday 17 August 2020. She assured she would do it. She did not do it, I again visited the gallery, called her several times but she did not do it. This entire month I have not used my mobile data or made normal calls. My usage is zero, but she had activated postpaid, I am asked to pay amount of Rs 956/ she says she will change to prepaid once I make the payment. Please help me to get my number activated to prepaid.
