We have a family plan of 1399 with airtel. One of the numbers is with my mother whos has a basic nokia handset. Airtel has charged us a additional bill of 820 for dialing funzone number and that too for one call of 2 hrs 44 mins. Now when we checked the date and time in bill we found out that our mother was travelling to native place from vashi to sangli and during this 2 hrs 44mins she was in between vashi and pune. Now there is ghat section and tunnels on this way and it is strange that this call didn’t disconnect due to loss of network.
