Hi my name is sushmitha from Bangalore. My phone number is +918147775105
I have been using Airtel connection from past 6 months now. And there had been continuous disconnection. I never really had proper network and since I do night shifts no technicians could resolve.
Few Airtel technicians have told me Airtel connection is not good and asked me to change the wifi and told me not to complaint
when I call 121 the agents whom I have spoke to till now 99% of them disconnect my calls.
today I spoke to a supervisor named Akash who was very inappropriate to provide service and was on a call with him for 1 hour and later on he disconnected my call. The way he was assisting was not good and was not professional! Raise a complaint against him.
since I have no network from the day 1 requesting you to give my refund so that I can get a better connection like how one of your technicians asked me to change!
give me my refund and I will happily change the connection.
moreover there’s no connection here!!! Airtel sucks big time
I would never ever recommend anyone to get a Airtel connection and will raise a complaint in social media as well
