In the airtel thanks app it’s advertised that they provide free unlimited 5g data to every customer and one with a 5G supporting smartphone can claim this offer. I claimed the offer as per the advertisement yet even after my daily data gets exhausted the unlimited 5g offer is not being given by Airtel. Many customers have the same complaint about this against airtel and some I know have already switched to other telecom services as they said that Airtel always cheats their customers. I tried reaching out to the customer care services but they are not helping with this.
