Why is airtel charging me fraudulently under special number garb of 1860 series. Why is it not linked to my unlimited calls package which I have bought from airtel. The 1860 numbers are customer service numbers of big corporates like banks , railways etc. You have to then go through their IVR before you can reach anybody which can sometimes strech up to half an hour. This is ridiculous Airtel.
