I recharged my number through the Airtel thanks app as my earlier plan was expiring, I always go for the truly unlimited plans so I went ahead with a recharge plan of 181 rupees. It said 1 GB per day for 30 days and calling too. Now the recharge isn’t reflecting and my calling is off. When I reached Airtel’s customer care via an alternate number, the agent rudely implied that I was lying and told me to recharge another plan for validity. I can’t prove my case as Airtel has completely removed the plan from the app and I can’t find the details of the plan anywhere. I don’t mind paying for a service I like, no matter the cost. But I hate frauds. Besides that Airtel service in my area absolutely sucks. There is always low reception and the internet is slow. I’m tired of complaining as their service doesn’t improve on complaints or feedback.
