I am facing some real issues with Airtel from last few months.
It started with DTH complaint for which i had to make so many calls and it took almost a week to fix where technician not only behaved badly but tried to mint extra money from me
Later i requested for change of modem-. It’s been a month never happened
Now from last week my services were suspended. Because i was paying bill to Airtel black. For all my services inc. my postpaid , child connection, fibre and DTH.
Even i paid twice in a month. 1 st when i took black and later when it was showing bill due on app.
Last i paid 1751. Which was already too high. But later when i called. You have added a stranger numbers to my black account. Due to your system glitch and fault my payment went to wrong account.
Now i am trying to reach for days to fix it. Every time i am asked to wait for another 24 hrs . They added numbers of strangers to my account without any intimation or any Authorization
My work is affected as i am not able to make calls. I am filing a case in consumer forum if not resolved in few hours
